City Manager Dan Swallow had some good news for the Tecumseh City Council Monday night: buyers for the Hayden Ford Mill and the former Herrick Hospital closed on their respective purchase agreements earlier that day, clearing the way for a new chapter in the city’s history.

Tecumseh Public Schools has returned the historic names to school buildings in the district and is moving along with the reorganization promised when new school board members took over after the entire board was recalled in 2018.
