Kaitlin Knape of Tecumseh finished 37th at the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 2 state cross country finals at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday.
She helped the Indians finish 10th in their first appearance at the state finals as a team.

TECUMSEH — The annual Lenawee County Cross Country Preview was held at Tecumseh High School on Saturday, Aug. 19 and the hosting girls team placed first in the event while the Indians’ boys finished third behind Adrian and Onsted.

Gene Dudek led Clinton’s varsity boys cross country team to a ninth place finish at the Division 3 regionals at Woodhaven on Saturday, Oct. 29, while the girls finished 13th.
Dudek, a senior, placed 22nd in the race with a time of 18:31.30.
