City Manager Dan Swallow had some good news for the Tecumseh City Council Monday night: buyers for the Hayden Ford Mill and the former Herrick Hospital closed on their respective purchase agreements earlier that day, clearing the way for a new chapter in the city’s history.

A purchase agreement has been signed between ProMedica and 500 E Pottawatamie Street LLC for the property known previously as Herrick Hospital. The LLC is an affiliated entity of Behavior Health Consulting Partners of North America.
