Leon Clyde Shaffer, born June 11, 1926 in Ottokee, Ohio, in his maternal grandparent’s farmhouse, passed in peace at Tecumseh Place in Tecumseh, Mich., a feisty and funny character to the end, at the age of 94, on December 4, 2020.

Richard Tirb, 56, of Fort Wayne, Ind., passed away peacefully on December 4, 2020. Richard was born on April 13, 1964 in Tecumseh, Mich. to Glenn Edward and Betty Jean Tirb. He was a self-taught chef and businessman, working at many restaurants and establishments throughout his career.

Nancy Ann Pyzik age 83 of Tecumseh went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 5, 2020. She was born on December 10, 1936 in Jackson, the daughter of the late LeRoy and Ethel (Ferguson) Heimerdinger.

G. Leroy Brugger, age 101, of Tecumseh, formerly of Clinton, died, December 4, 2020 under the care of his family and Hospice of Lenawee. He was born June 17, 1919 in Temperance, the son of Ezra and Minnie (Ferrow) Brugger. On June 9, 1952 he married Margaret Brown.

Gordon L. Stites, age 72, of Brooklyn, passed away on Friday, Nov. 27, 2020, at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital in Jackson. He was born on November 14, 1948 in Adrian to Lloyd and Margaret (Shourds) Stites. He graduated from Tecumseh High School with the class of 1966.

Donald James “DJ” Martin, age 80 of Tecumseh died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital in Adrian with family by his side. He was born February 15, 1940 in Hillsdale, the son of Donald Raymond and Lottie Christine (Short) Martin.

Jeane Annette Johnson, age 84, of Tecumseh, Michigan, passed away peacefully at Cambrian Assisted Living Center Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020. Jeane was born on June 1, 1936 in Tipton, Michigan.
