Despite a recent article by U.S. News & World Report stating that commercial real estate industry challenges since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic are expected to continue throughout 2024, the climate for commercial real estate sales and leases has been positive in Tecumseh.

On Saturday, March 9, it will be Britton resident Mary Beth Fetters, only instead of a barn, she’ll be at the Tecumseh District Library to launch her inaugural children’s title, “Who’s in that Barn?”
The event is set for 1:50-4:15 p.m. in the library.

City Manager Dan Swallow had some good news for the Tecumseh City Council Monday night: buyers for the Hayden Ford Mill and the former Herrick Hospital closed on their respective purchase agreements earlier that day, clearing the way for a new chapter in the city’s history.
