An accident on Ridge Highway Monday, May 30 claimed the life of Patrick Murray, 42, of Adrian. At 8:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit was dispatched to the area of Ridge Highway and Pennington Road for a head-on collision in which a northbound vehicle struck a southbound vehicle.

The Tecumseh Historical Museum is like a scrapbook for the Tecumseh area, holding memories, mementos, and glimpses into the past. Now volunteers at the museum are getting ready to celebrate the city’s 200th birthday, and they’re starting early.

With a variety of discussions and one decision, the Tecumseh Public Schools Board covered a lot of ground Monday night. A bid of $31,505 was accepted to move forward with the construction of two terraced seating walls for the amphitheater at the high school Sculpture Garden.
