Aleta Diane Claus
Aleta Diane Claus, age 68, of Clinton, Mich. passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 6, 2022. Aleta was born on April 24, 1953, the daughter of James and Lois (Kanavel) Claus.
Aleta was a graduate of Clinton Community High school. She then went to college to be an alternative education teacher in Stockbridge and Fowlerville, and then retired in Britton.
Aleta is survived by her son, William G. Goble, III; brothers, James Claus and Tom (Kim) Claus; sister, Deborah Claus; grandsons, Cooper Goble and Shaun (Beth) Delockory; and one great-grandson, Theodore Delockory.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Louis Claus.
A memorial service in honor of Aleta will be held on Saturday, April 16, at 2 p.m. at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
