Daniel Leonard Amstutz
Daniel Leonard Amstutz age 83, passed away unexpectedly on his 83rd birthday on March 24, 2023.
Daniel was born March 24, 1940 in Deerfield, the son of Harry and Leona (Theeke) Amstutz. On July 14, 1962 he married Kay I. Kapnick. She preceded him in death on February 16, 1999.
Daniel was a self-employed mechanic most of his working years. His favorite time was likely his “Coffee Time” each morning in Tecumseh.
Daniel is survived by his special friend, Josephine (Ramos) Force of Brooklyn; children, Bryan Amstutz of Haines City, Fla., Todd (Linda) Amstutz of Tecumseh, and Kimberly Amstutz Wild of Tecumseh; grandchildren, Kayla (Roy) Lino, of Adrian, Cole (Loni) Amstutz of Tecumseh, Jacob Wild of Britton and Jared Wild of Tecumseh; great-grandchildren, Everly Amstutz and Layton Lino.
Per Daniel’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private service was held at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral, Tecumseh. Burial was at Macon Cemetery.
Arrangements entrusted to J. Gilbert Purse Funeral of Tecumseh.
