Duane William Robertson
Duane William Robertson, age 89 of Tecumseh passed away on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022 at the Hospice of Lenawee Home with his family by his side. He was born December 1, 1933 in Big Beaver, Mich. (now Troy), a son of the late Russell Alonzo and Marie Ann (Job) Robertson.
Duane proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He grew up and lived most of his life in Troy, moving to Tecumseh when he retired as a realtor. Duane was an advocate for all things Michigan. His favorite things to do were camping, traveling, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family.
Duane is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann (Rohrback) of Tecumseh, formerly of Britton; his daughter, Wendy and her husband, Steve; son, Brad, and his wife, Theresa; sister, Janet Garret; grandchildren, Riley, Zane, Tess, Kim, Samantha, Brent, Krista, Ashley and Sarah. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark, and a brother, Lyle Robertson.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. Online condolences may be offered to the family at handlerfuneralhomes.com.
