Nola Gay Ange

Nola Gay Ange, age 73 of Tecumseh, passed away on December 31, 2021 just shy of her 74th birthday at the ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on January 1, 1948 in Nicholasville, Ky. to Stuart and Celia Frances (Davis) Taylor. She was married to Rodney Ange on August 8, 1988 and he preceded her in death in 2007. Nola was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She proudly raised three sons and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, making jewelry, gardening and dancing in the kitchen while she cooked.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stuart Taylor and Celia Frances Flatt, and step-father, Ralph Flatt. Left to cherish her memory are her three beloved sons, Scott White, Kelly White and Clint (Angela) Moore; five grandchildren, Kassie White, Cody White, Joey Merlino, MacKenzie Moore and Arya White; great-grandchildren, Taylor Horner and soon-to-be-born, Maizie Nola VanBuskirk; and faithful canine companion, Bentley, along with many close friends and neighbors who will miss Nola dearly. 

A time of visitation will be held for Nola on Friday, Jan. 7 from 5-7 p.m. and on Saturday, Jan. 8, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 11 a.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Burial to follow in Lenawee County Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh.
