Robert (Bob) Wilkins, December 22, 1940 – January 12, 2021, passed suddenly. Robert was born in Wyandotte, Mich. to Kenneth C. Wilkins and Thelma Wilkins (Rowe). He is survived by his wife of 34 years Lucy Diane Wilkins (Griffin) and a sister Iva Spicer.
