Shirley (Jordan) Hagopian, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2016 in Tecumseh, Mich.
She was born on October 21, 1935 in Windsor Ontario, Canada, the daughter of William and Mary (Blair) Jordan. On May 30, 1959, Shirley married Haig Hagopian in Detroit and he survives.

Dorothy Mae Pieh, age 86, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2016 at Cambrian Assisted Living with her family at her side. She was born January 1, 1930 in Adrian, Mich., the daughter of Orville and Zulah (Slayton) Lehr.

Carrie Ann Ashley Bourns, age 71, of Ann Arbor, formerly of Tecumseh, Mich., went to be with Our Lord peacefully surrounded by her beloved family January 10, 2016. Carrie was born November 10, 1944 in Tecumseh the daughter of Charles and Emma (Proctor) Dinius that preceded her in passing.

Elaine Saxton (nee Galmore), of Howell, Mich., died peacefully January 11, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Ann Arbor, surrounded by family. Elaine died from complications related to Myelodysplastic Syndrome. She was 85 years young.

Calvin C. Dixon, age 91, of Tecumseh, passed away, January 9, 2016.
Mr. Dixon was a resident of the Tecumseh area coming from Middlesboro, Ky. He was retired from the Tecumseh Products Company with over 30 years of service.

Nancy L. Getz, age 89, of Tecumseh, Mich., went home to Jesus on January 6, 2016 at the Lenawee Medical Care Facility in Adrian, Mich. She was born in 1926 to Reinhold and Lydia Jaeck in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Libby High School in Toledo, Ohio, Class of 1944.

Morton “Mort” Jerome Leonard, age 79 of Tecumseh, passed away on January 4, 2016 at his home. He was born May 9, 1936 in Sharon, Pa., to Morton J. and Dorothy (Burrows) Leonard Sr. On April 8, 1995 he married Marlene Dziengelewski and she survives.

Jacob Matthew Schaedler, age 17, a junior at Tecumseh High School, died from injuries sustained in a tragic accident in Kalkaska County, Mich., on January 3, 2016. Jacob was born on December 4, 1998 in Ann Arbor, Mich., the son of Matthew Schaedler and Kristie (McIntyre) Schaedler.
