The annual Great Lakes Truck Show, sponsored by Bogie’s Express, of Britton, will be held Friday-Sunday, June 23-26, at Cabela’s in Dundee. Exhibitors and vendors will begin setting up at 9 a.m. on Friday with Judging of Lights scheduled later that day at 9:30 p.m.

Four of five meetings to gather input from parents and community members have been held by Tecumseh Public Schools (TPS) administrators regarding the reorganization of grades and school buildings. TPS Superintendent Dr. Kelly Coffin has received a fair amount of feedback over the past month.

Tecumseh city council approved a 3 percent increase to the cost of water and sewer rates within the city on Monday, June 6. The rise in costs will begin July 1, and will go from $1.79 per 1,000 gallons to $1.84 per 1,000 gallons.

Smith Park was awash in art last weekend during the annual Art in the Park art fair hosted by Community Arts of Tecumseh. Director Diane Savoia said the event was “enormously successful,” attracting visitors from as far away as Toledo, Jackson and Chelsea.
