Two Tecumseh business owners have joined forces to create a new restaurant in downtown Adrian at the main four corners, bringing the Maumee Street Taproom + Kitchen to the space at 101 E. Maumee St. that was formerly occupied by the Rice and Barley Taphouse.

An incident Sunday led to the drowning of 25-year-old Brady Donnelly of Findlay, Ohio at Tecumseh Park, otherwise known as “The Pit.” Witnesses told police that Donnelly was attempting to swim across the pond around 11:30 a.m. on September 15 when he went under water and did not resurface.
