Bader and Son’s loans combine for LISD agriculture class
To the Editor,
LISD TECH Center Agri-Tech students and instructors would like to thank Bader and Son’s of Tecumseh for loaning our class a John Deere S690 for our soybean harvest. Bill Borck donated his time to demonstrate the combine for the students.
Students had the opportunity for hands-on learning of precision agriculture during this fall harvest. Students will be able to take the data from the yield monitoring map and compare it with their grid sampling map next spring during their Variable Rate Technology project.
