FRANK F. KOZUMPLIK, JR.
Frank F. Kozumplik, Jr., 49, of Adrian, passed away unexpectedly February 15, 2008. He was born May 17, 1958, in Tecumseh, MI, the son of Frank F. and Frances (Horky) Kozumplik, Sr. On August 21, 1976, he married his High School sweetheart Debra Miller. She survives.
Frank was a graduate of Tecumseh High School, Class of 1976. He worked at the Tecumseh Products Company for 21 years. Frank was an avid NASCAR fan, and enjoyed supporting Jimmy Johnson. Frank was a devoted family man. He was dearly loved by his wife, children, and grandchildren. Frank brought so much joy to all our lives. He will be truly missed and never forgotten.
In addition to his loving wife Debra, he is survived by his son, Derek (Amy) Kozumplik of Adrian, and daughter, Tara Kozumplik and her fiancé Darin Harvey both of Adrian; six grandchildren, Mya, Emma, Ethan, Haley, Austin, and Jaide; an uncle, William (Ruth) Horky of Blissfield and an aunt, Marjorie Horky of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and an uncle, Jerry Horky.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Chris Cadwallader officiating. Burial followed at Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh. Condolences to the family may be made at www.pursefuneralhome.com
