Geraldine B. Warnick
Geraldine Bernice Warnick, age 99, of Grass Lake, Mich., passed away on July 12, 2024 at Kresge Rehabilitation Center in Chelsea, Mich.
Geraldine was born on September 18, 1924 in Crawfordsville, Ind. On December 20, 1942, she married Rev. Raymond Warnick in Crawfordsville. He preceded her in death on June 16, 2003.
Geraldine graduated from Crawfordsville High School. She then started her career as a church camp director and went on to manage two camps with her husband.
The couple had two children, Cheryl Withrow and Beverly (Earl) Ruttkofsky. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Raymond, she was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Roger Withrow; and two brothers, Ross Jolley and Carl Jolley.
Geraldine was best known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication to The Lord.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 17, at Purse Martinez Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Mich. Rev. Willam Leach officiated.
Interment followed at Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh.Condolences may be offered at pursemartinez.com.
