Jack L. Holderman

Jack L. Holderman, age 85, of Tipton, Mich., passed away November 17, 2025.
He was born September 18, 1940 in Jackson, Mich., the son of Versal and Fay (Philips) Holderman. On November 24, 1962, he married Carol Jean Brighton in Tecumseh, Mich., and she survives.
Jack was a graduate of Michigan Center High School, Class of 1960. He was retired from Ford Motor Company, Saline Plant, with 33 years of service. He was involved with Tecumseh Parks & Recreation Little League baseball teams. Jack was active in the Tecumseh High School wrestling program. Jack and his wife Carol were active in area mixed bowling leagues and Tipton Jets 4-H Club.
In addition to his wife, Carol, he is survived by his children, Tammy (Alec) Miller, Kimberly (Todd) Baldwin, Carrie (Michael) Ingerly, Jack Holderman II (Carmela) and Jeffrey (Janette) Holderman; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Kathy and Bonnie; several nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law Fred (Marcy) Brighton.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Douglas Holderman; great-grandson, Malachi; and sister-in-law, Bonnie (Brighton) Pfeffer.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, with Rev. Brian Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Tipton, Mich.. Visitation will also take place on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, from 12-2 p.m. at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Mich.
