LENORA "BEA" ROWE
Lenora "Bea" Rowe, 93, of Hudson, passed away February 8, 2008. Bea was born December 20, 1914 in Hillsdale County, Michigan, the daughter of Arthur and Lura (Parkes) Day. In 1937, she married Edgar Rowe and they celebrated over 50 years of marriage. He preceded her in death.
Bea was a lifelong resident of the Hudson area where she was a member of the Hudson First United Methodist Church.
Bea is survived by her son, Dean Rowe of Williamsburg, KY; grandchildren, Angela (Dave) Gritzmaker of Clayton, Anthony (April) Rowe and Annie Barnes, both of Hudson and six great grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Edgar, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at the Hudson United Methodist Church with Pastor Mark Johnston officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian.
