Patricia Ida Wagenschutz
Patricia Ida Wagenschutz, age 80, of Britton, passed away December 19, 2017.
Pat was born February 6, 1937 in Detroit the daughter of Ernest and Hazel (Byer) Wendland. She and her husband Allen lived in the Britton area where they raised their children on the family farm. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Pat was a faithful member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tecumseh where she sang in the choir.
Pat is survived by her mother, Hazel; children, Craig (Susan), Lon (Patty), Gary (Carmen); grandchildren, Chad, Ryan, Erin, Troy, Paige and McKenzie; and a great granddaughter, Kaydince
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest; daughter, Linda Harper; husband, Allen and brother, Ronald Wendland.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a. m on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tecumseh with Pastor Philip Krieger officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgeway Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Condolences to the family may be made online at www.pursefuneralhome.com.
