ReTree Tecumseh seeks volunteers to help plant trees on Saturday, June 7, 9am–12pm. Meet at the north entrance to Brookside Cemetery off Brown Street. No planting experience is necessary; experts will demonstrate the proper way to plant and mulch a tree. Volunteers are asked to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing, and to bring a shovel and/or garden rake and gloves if they have them. Event occurs rain or shine. Water and light refreshments will be provided.
