SHAWN MICHAEL JEFFORDS

Shawn Michael Jeffords, 35, of Sylvania, Ohio, died Saturday, February 16, 2008, at Toledo Hospital. He was born September 25, 1972 in Adrian, MI, to Gordon Howard and Bettina Marie (Cook) Jeffords, Jr.  On April 6, 1998, he married Sheri Tuckerman and she survives.  

He was formally employed by Siena Heights University as a chef.  Shawn had a great passion for music and he was very active in the music scene in the Toledo area where he managed groups and produced shows.

In addition to his wife, Sheri, he is survived by his parents, Gordon and Bettina Jeffords, Jr. of Adrian; one daughter, Sarah Tuckerman of Sylvania; one brother, Shelby (Keri) Jeffords of Onsted; four nephews and two nieces; grandparents Arnold and Elizabeth Cook of Standwood, WA; his grandmother Gertrude and step grandfather Stewart Burr of Canadea, NY. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Gordon Jeffords, Sr. and his beloved boxer, Molly.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008, at 4 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Pastor Mike Dunson officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.
