Year around swimming made the community pool a second home
To the Editor,
I have been swimming competitively at Tecumseh Community [Memorial] Pool for nine years. I made and got my dreams from the pool. Year-round swimming made the pool my second home along with making friends that are now family. Everyone who swims at the pool I feel a connection to, even if it is only a one-time visit. I will truly never forget the pool because it is part of me. I also hope many more can have the same feeling I have about the pool. It is a nightmare even thinking about it closing.
