Tanna K. Sattler

Tanna Kay Sattler, age 71 of Tecumseh passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at the Hospice of Lenawee Home in Adrian with her family by her side. She was born August 29, 1952 in Reed City, the daughter of the late Herbert Robert and Jean Carol (Mullens) Camfield.

Tanna was a retired registered nurse and had worked at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti and the U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was a member of Newsong Community Church in Tecumseh. Tanna loved sewing, reading, cooking and baking. She loved being with her pets and spending time at Lake Michigan.

Tanna is survived by her husband, Greg; her children, Erica Sattler and Andrew (Jessica) Sattler, both of Tecumseh, and Cory (Kimberly) Sattler of North Richland Hills, Texas; brother, Stephen (Debbie) Camfield of Wolf City, Texas; sisters, Vicki (Michael) Murphy of Tecumseh and Marcia (David) Bohannon of Brooklyn; four grandchildren, Hayleigh Sattler, Ella and Madelyn Sattler and Arabella Sattler; and one great-grandson, Andrew Sattler-Wheeker.

Visitation for Tanna was from 1-3pm on Sunday, June 2 at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. The Nurses Honor Guard offered a nursing tribute in honor of Tanna before the funeral service. Funeral services followed at 3 p.m. with Pastor Tom Hawkins officiating.
