Arnett Satterla III
ADRIAN — Arnett Satterla III, 69, of Adrian was released from his earthly bounds on Sept. 13, 2026, at home. Born Oct. 12, 1956, he was a lifelong Adrian resident and honorably served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Pensacola.
Arnett was a known jokester and prankster who loved playing computer and phone video games, but, above all, loved his family fiercely.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, four grandchildren, and his Sweet-Tinia.
He is survived by a brother and by his seven children, Amber (Bill) Pattee, Arnett (Samantha) Satterla, Austin Sr. (Kieran O’Callaghan) Satterla, Christopher (Jessica Curtis) Satterla, Jeannie (Joe) Petty, Brandon (Jeannie Daniels) Satterla, and Darcie (Joseph Mayne) Satterla; 21 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Following a private family moment, a graveside service was scheduled for Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park (Wolf Creek Highway). A fellowship dinner was to follow immediately at Adrian First Church of the Nazarene.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Anderson-Marry Funeral Home in Adrian to assist with final expenses. Arrangements have been made with the guidance of the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian.
