Pearl Elaine Osburn, age 94, of Tecumseh, Mich., Englewood, Fla., and Goffstown, N.H., passed away April 3, 2017. Pearl was born October 22, 1922, the daughter of Lillard Elmer “Tobie” and Pearl Elaine Brown. She married Raymond Charles (Chuck) Osburn and he preceded her in death in 1979.

He was born on July 4, 1960, in Tecumseh to Lester and Janet (Houghtaling) Frost. Dwayne was a graduate of Tecumseh High School.

Carmen Vicky (Waters) Carpenter, age 59, passed away at Hospice of Lenawee, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born to the late Cledith and Teresa (Dillon) Waters on June 8, 1957 in Hamtramck, Mich. Loving wife of Gary Carpenter for 35 years before his death in 2016.

Alvin R. Dorow, age 83, of Tecumseh, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Provincial House in Adrian and is now with the Lord. He was born December 22, 1933 in Romulus, Mich., a son of the late George and Martha (Kessler) Dorow. Alvin was a veteran of the United States Army.
