Michigan Supreme Court Justice Joan Larsen was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder to fill a vacancy on the Michigan Supreme Court in September 2015. She won a partial, two-year term last fall and can seek re-election to a full eight-year term in 2018.

I work, am a co-coordinator, bystander, observer and most of the time, not sure what I am, of a homeless shelter. I have had the privilege of seeing so many unsung heroes by just being there.

The Community Arts of Tecumseh (CAT) held its Fifth Annual Art in the Park art fair on Saturday and Sunday, June 10 and 11. It was a wonderful event, and the enthusiasm, community participation and high quality of the exhibiting artists were extremely gratifying to CAT!
