For the last 42 years, Deb Wuethrich has carried a book in her head, a story representing all of the joys and sorrows accompanying the experience of raising a child with a terminal diagnosis, all the while trying to figure out what it means.

On Saturday, March 9, it will be Britton resident Mary Beth Fetters, only instead of a barn, she’ll be at the Tecumseh District Library to launch her inaugural children’s title, “Who’s in that Barn?”
The event is set for 1:50-4:15 p.m. in the library.

For anyone who loves history and enjoys looking at photos from years past, “Tecumseh: Images of the Past,” a pictorial volume recently published by historian Ashley E. Chase, holds almost 300 photos of life in the Tecumseh area from 1860 through the 1950s.
