ADRIAN — A retired Lenawee County sheriff’s detective will comply with a subpoena as a material witness in the Dee Warner murder trial, but a judge kept a $50,000 bond on him in place.

Hearing moves Warner murder case closer to trial

ADRIAN — Prosecutors will be able to use some text messages sent by Dee Warner but not others as they try to prove the charges that her husband, Dale, murdered her and hid her body.

Tecumseh District Library book case dismissed in court

TECUMSEH – Cathy and Melvin Duren had criminal charges dropped against them in Lenawee County District Court on Tuesday, May 3, after they failed to return two books borrowed from the Tecumseh District Library (TDL). The Durens paid all delinquent fees, plus the replacement cost of the Dr.
