ADRIAN — One by one, potential jurors entered a Lenawee County courtroom Tuesday to be asked if they can be fair and impartial as the trial in the death of Dee Warner began.

ADRIAN — A retired Lenawee County sheriff’s detective will comply with a subpoena as a material witness in the Dee Warner murder trial, but a judge kept a $50,000 bond on him in place.

Investigators failed to find Dee Warner on Monday and Tuesday during an intensive search of the  family’s farm and fields on Munger Road in Franklin Township.
