An incident Sunday led to the drowning of 25-year-old Brady Donnelly of Findlay, Ohio at Tecumseh Park, otherwise known as “The Pit.” Witnesses told police that Donnelly was attempting to swim across the pond around 11:30 a.m. on September 15 when he went under water and did not resurface.

An arraignment was held on Monday in Lenawee County District Court for a suspect charged in the murder of 30-year-old Jessica Fox, who was found dead in th,e River Raisin in April.
