A merger between the two chambers of commerce that oversee Tecumseh and Adrian will consolidate the efforts of promoting the two cities, with plans for future expansion to support the entire county.

On Monday, Dec. 16 Tecumseh bowling teams had their first home bowling battles at Ten Pin Alley. Both the Tecumseh High School (THS) varsity boys and girls came away with two big wins against their county rival the Maples of Adrian.

Tecumseh volleyball played at Adrian on October 22 for their annual rivalry match. Tecumseh beat Adrian in four, winning game 1, 25-22 and game 2, 25-12, losing game 3, 19-25 and winning the match with game 4, 25-21.

While the boys were sweeping the Maples baseball team, the Tecumseh girls varsity softball team went out and did the same thing in Adrian on Monday, May 7 over their perennial cross-town rival, the Adrian Maples.
