Ryan Rhoades officially became the interim superintendent of Tecumseh Public Schools (TPS) after the board of education on Monday temporarily suspended bylaws that mandated teaching and administrative certification. The unanimous vote by the board was met with applause by most in the audience.

At a special meeting of the Tecumseh Public Schools (TPS) Board of Education February 28, the board discussed appointing Ryan Rhoades, the district’s technology director and current co-superintendent with High School Principal Griff Mills, as superintendent until the end of the 2020 school year.

Clinton Community Schools (CCS) Board of Education members chose James Cracraft, a Northville middle school principal, as the district’s new superintendent by unanimous vote on June 17.

Clinton Community Schools (CCS) recently received the results of its January superintendent survey. A total of 81 responses were recorded from students, staff members, parents and community members on what values they wished to see in the next superintendent.
