It was refreshing to read Mr. Dan Hacker’s “accurate” letter in June 14th’s Tecumseh Herald regarding Red Mill Pond’s Special Assessment. I own the property that was mentioned and pictured in the June 7 Herald. Yet, no one from the Herald contacted me?

The Herald hasn’t had any coverage of the school sports season since early May. The Varsity Baseball and Boys Lacrosse teams had phenomenal seasons. I’m sure other teams had noteworthy seasons and performances as well.

My daughter wrote a heart-felt letter to Tecumseh Public Schools Superintendent Kelly Coffin. She has yet to respond to her. I was very proud of my daughter for sending the email and having the courage to ask for change.
