Community Arts of Tecumseh (CAT) is encouraging young artists to express themselves with classes designed to expose them to various art processes, and in doing so hopes to foster more artists and art appreciation throughout all stages of life.

Community Arts of Tecumseh (CAT) wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Jean Lash and Martha Melcher who had a vision and knew that an art center would be beneficial to Tecumseh. The Founders Exhibit, currently open at CAT until the end of November, features art from both pioneering women.
