At its August 5 meeting, the Tecumseh City Council authorized City Manager Dan Swallow to negotiate an agreement for a Cluster Development Option in the city’s zoning ordinance with the possibility of financial assistance to the developer for public infrastructure costs.

Now that most of the buildings have been cleared from the Revival Commons property, formerly home to Tecumseh Products, developer Jason Miller is working on the next phases that will further transform the site.

A major $25 million redevelopment project has been proposed for the former Tecumseh Products property that could transform the blighted 55-acre site. If realized, zoning use would change from industrial to mix-use including the addition of retail, professional and light industrial space.
