Now that most of the buildings have been cleared from the Revival Commons property, formerly home to Tecumseh Products, developer Jason Miller is working on the next phases that will further transform the site.

It’s been two years since Jason and Kristie Miller purchased the former Tecumseh Products property with their new corporation, 100 E. Patterson, L.L.C. Demolition of the buildings on the 55-acre campus of the planned Revival Commons has been ongoing and is now nearly complete.

A “strong lead” has been made in bringing an automotive-related manufacturer, based in Livonia, to Tecumseh to lease the Orbitec building at the former site of Tecumseh Products, according to Tecumseh City Manager Dan Swallow.

Tecumseh City Manager Dan Swallow informed city council on Monday that the closing sale of the former Tecumseh Products property is pending legal paperwork. Swallow said covenants and restrictions are being worked out after the Department of Environmental Quality raised additional requirements.
