At its August 5 meeting, the Tecumseh City Council authorized City Manager Dan Swallow to negotiate an agreement for a Cluster Development Option in the city’s zoning ordinance with the possibility of financial assistance to the developer for public infrastructure costs.

The Tecumseh City Council on Monday approved a resolution amending the millage rate for general operating expenses in the 2024-2025 fiscal year from 13.9183 to 13.9364.
