Phase two of Newburg Meadows should open next April with more than 60 new manufactured homes, including many along Red Mill Pond. Phase one, which encompasses the former Paul’s Trailer Park and additional sites, has 135 homes.

Tecumseh attorney Charles Gross is an advocate for parks, pathways and waterways in Lenawee County and would like to see more public water access in Tecumseh. Toward that goal, Gross worked to facilitate a plan for the city to purchase a .43-acre property at 607 N. Evans St.
