LRC Commercial of Michigan, the Farmington Hills-based real estate investment company that purchased the Tecumseh Public Schools (TPS) administration building on North Ottawa Street for $40,000 last summer, has placed the building back on the market with an asking price of $600,000.

A purchase agreement counter-offer for the sale of the administration building at $30,000 was approved at Monday’s meeting of the Tecumseh Public Schools Board of Education, and will be returned to Woda Cooper Development in the hopes that the transaction can move forward.
