During the past week, the Tecumseh High School (THS) softball team appeared to be moving in a positive direction, as the girls earned three wins against one defeat and moved their season record to seven wins against eight losses.

Call it luck, grace or a job well done; Tecumseh’s varsity football team is getting some post-season action after earning an at-large bid in the Michigan High School Athletic Association playoffs.

While Tecumseh’s varsity football team gained most of its 387 yards on the ground against visiting Toledo Waite on Friday, Sept. 22, it was three touchdown passes that put Michigan’s Indians in pay-dirt and help beat Ohio’s Indians 20-0.

TECUMSEH — The 2016 Michigan High School Softball Coach’s Association (MHSSCA) All-Star games will be held at Central Michigan University’s Margo Jonker Stadium on Wednesday, July 20 with two Tecumseh players competing.
