What in the world is the school board thinking by asking again for a bond approval for more money than they did the first time. The voters said “NO.” Why on earth would we approve more money, especially when inflation is running at over 8%?

The conclusion of the January 6th hearing reminds me of a line from that famous poem The Hollow Men by T. S. Eliot – “This is the way the world ends, not with a bang but a whimper.”
