The long-awaited extension of the Kiwanis trail from its end at Green Highway and Ives Road into the City of Tecumseh will be celebrated with a soft opening Saturday, Nov. 19 at Cal Zorn Park at the intersection of Russell Road and Raisin Center Highway.

A local group, Connecting Lenawee, is working to expand and connect Kiwanis Trail, creating a bike path that extends from Trestle Park in Adrian to Cal Zorn Park in Tecumseh.
