Tecumseh Service Club celebrates 90 years of service

The Tecumseh Service Club is celebrating its 90th year of service this year with a campaign to make community members more aware of the club’s efforts. In addition, the club has set a goal of receiving 90 donations in nine weeks, which kicked off at Tecumseh’s Farmers Market on Saturday, Sept.

For some Tecumseh families, Santa Claus works directly with Tecumseh Service Club to make the holidays merry and bright. The organization continues its yearly tradition of providing food and gifts for families struggling to make ends meet.

Every year Tecumseh Service Club brings the community together at Christmas, connecting those who need help with those who can give help. This year 122 families with over 300 children will have a happier holiday thanks to businesses and community members providing food and presents.
