The Tecumseh Girls Track Team placed first and the boys team came in second at the Clinton Duane Pelz Invitational on Friday, April 12. Seven teams competed in the meet.

The Tecumseh Boys Baseball Team remained undefeated on Monday, April 8, beating the Lincoln Railsplitters, 2-1 in the first game and 12-0 in the nightcap.

The Tecumseh Softball Team hosted Ypsilanti Lincoln in Southeastern Conference play on Monday, April 8 during their home opener. They beat the Railsplitters in the first game, 10-9 in seven innings, but dropped the second game, 16-2.

The Tecumseh Girls Soccer Team opened its season with two wins and haven’t allowed a goal so far. They trounced Dundee, 11-0, on Friday, March 22 and skunked Adrian, 4-0, on Tuesday, March 26.

The Tecumseh Baseball Team opened its season on Tuesday, March 26 at Adrian College with a doubleheader against Onsted. They skunked the Wildcats in both games.

The Britton Deerfield Baseball Team opened its season on Monday, March 25 in dominating form, blasting home team North Adams in a doubleheader, 19-0 and 16-0.

Tecumseh winter sports athletes acknowledged by TPS Board

Tecumseh Public Schools Athletic Director Jon Zajac introduced several winter sports teams at the board of education meeting on Monday, March 11. He also announced Southeastern Conference (SEC) award winners. Overall, 133 students participated in winter sports.

Tecumseh girls end hoop season with loss against nemesis Chelsea

Basketball Team took on Southeastern Conference rival Chelsea during district play at Onsted on Wednesday, March 6. For the third time this season Tecumseh couldn’t find the key to victory, losing to the Bulldogs, 26-21.
