There were two local head coaches recently recognized by the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association, which released its list of region coaches of the year.
Tecumseh’s Greg Dolson and Clinton’s Casey Randolph were both named MHSFCA region coaches of the year.

Makayla Sanders and Lauren Stimpson are representing the Tecumseh swimming team in the upcoming MHSAA state meet.
Sanders will compete in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle races. Her season-best time in the 50 freestyle is 25.42 seconds and is 56.85 in the 100 freestyle.
