Kiwanis Trail authority exploring options for shortfall

Grant denied for portion of dam project

The Red Mill Pond Dam rehabilitation project is on track and scheduled to be completed by the end of July. However, the owners of 121 parcels in the Red Mill Pond’s Special Assessment District now will have to pay a portion of the $1.7 million project.
