Marilyn Alice (Young) Mitchell, age 96 of Tecumseh, Mich., passed away May 14, 2025 under the care of Hospice of Lenawee with her two daughters by her side.

Donald (Don) Lee Schmidt, age 82, passed away on May 18, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family and under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. Don was born on April 2, 1943, and was the fifth son born to Herman and Alma (Starkey) Schmidt.

John Orland Rundell, age 87, was born on April 30, 1938, in Springfield, Mass., and died, surrounded by family, at his home in Winston-Salem, N.C., on May 13, 2025, following a long and heroic battle against cancer.

Hunter Alexander Boyd, age 28, of Tecumseh, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on March 19, 1997 in Adrian, to Krysta Keller and Brad Boyd. Hunter attended and graduated from Tecumseh High School, and then attended Western Michigan

Dr. Larry T. Burch, 91, of New Castle, Ind., passed away Monday, May 12, 2025. He was born on November 20, 1933, in Adrian, Mich., a son of the late Herbert E. and Lenore (Gould) Burch.

Theresa “Terry” Johnston-Body passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025, in New Port Richey, Fla. She was born on October 5, 1937, in Morenci, Mich. Terry spent many years in Nashville, Tenn., where she worked for The HON Company as a territory manager and met her beloved husband, Murray Body.

Eddie Douglas McKenzie, age 83, of Tecumseh, died Saturday afternoon, May 3, 2025, at Adrian Bay Nursing and Rehab after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Born on October 16, 1941, in Chauncey, West Virginia, Doug was the son of the late Henry and Goldie (Stratton) McKenzie.

Alex Gibson, 72, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2025 at his home in Estes Park, Colo. He was born January 19, 1953 in Tecumseh, Mich. to Robert and Kathryn Gibson. He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1971.

Eunice Brighton, age 94, of Tecumseh, Mich., went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2025, in Harrison, Mich. surrounded by family, including a good friend, Julia, and under the care of Mid-Michigan Hospice.
