Clerk clarifies rule for primary election

Tonya Miller, Tecumseh’s city clerk, wants residents to turn out to vote or complete their absentee ballot for the August 4 primary election, but she wants to make sure they don’t invalidate their votes because of one rule.

Appleumpkin moving full steam ahead
