The meeting was getting over way too early for Mayor Jack Baker, who chaired his last official city council meeting Monday night.

Baker resigns from city attorney post

An interim city attorney was appointed at Monday’s Tecumseh City Council meeting where it was announced that Scott Baker had resigned from the position  citing personal reasons.

Baker has served as city attorney since 2010 following Laura Schaedler.
